Research Abstract

本研究はサービスデザインの視点から、フィンランドの子育て支援DXを参考に、日本の新たな子育て支援DXツールを開発することを目的とする。持続的なサービスの運用を見据えて、日本の行政が提供する子育て支援サービスの利用者に定性調査を行い、現状の課題を把握する。同時に、全国の自治体で取り組まれている子育て支援DXの実態を把握する。調査で得られた課題を基に、日本の自治体の実状に適した子育て支援DXツールのプロトタイプを構築する。このプロトタイプを使った試験運用とユーザー評価を経て完成を目指す。
