Research Abstract

生体環境では水中に多様な電解質が存在しており、電解質との相互作用は分子集合構造や機能発現に重要となる。水やイオンは誘電率一定の連続体や平均場ポテンシャルとして扱われることが多かったが、分子や粒子としての挙動が分子集合構造に対して無視できないことが分かってきた。本研究では分子シミュレーションを用いて、生体膜の基本構造であるリン脂質二重膜周囲の水やイオンの動態を解明し、脂質膜の自己組織化構造への影響を明らかにする。
