Research Abstract
近年、局所進行直腸癌に対し化学放射線療法と全身化学療法を術前に併せて行うtotal neoadjuvant therapy（TNT）が開発され、術前化学放射線療法単独より高率に完全寛解が得られる事が明らかとなった。欧米のガイドラインではTNT後の非手術的管理が治療選択肢の一つと位置付けられ、臓器温存による直腸癌患者のQOL改善が期待されている。効果的にTNTを行うためには、MRIによる的確な治療効果予測や治療効果判定が不可欠であるが、明確な診断基準は整備されていない。本研究では、治療レジメンやリキッドバイオプシーとMRIを統合したTNTの治療効果に関する診断モデルを構築する。
