Research Abstract
本研究は、肝移植後における免疫抑制状態下での肝癌再発を引き起こすメカニズムを解明し、新規治療標的を同定することを目的とする。シングルセル空間オミックス解析を用いて、再発巣に特異的な癌-間質細胞ネットワークを解析し、分子メカニズムを明らかにする。本研究の成果は、移植後肝癌再発の予防や治療法開発に貢献することが期待される。また、既存の免疫抑制剤を使用しつつも抗腫瘍効果を高める新たなアプローチを提供することを目指す。
