Research Abstract
本申請研究では、脂肪由来間葉系幹細胞がARDS慢性期の肺線維化に効果を発揮するという仮説をたて、生体及び分子レベルで解明することで、従来治療が困難であった重症ARDSの慢性期の治療法として臨床応用を目指し、救命率の向上に寄与する成果を発表することを目指す。特に、ADRS慢性期肺線維化モデルに対して、投与した幹細胞を再回収しサイトカイン等のプロファイルを評価する手法に関しては報告が乏しく、これらの手法により新たな面からも幹細胞の治療効果に関して検討を行うことができると考えている。
