Research Abstract

本研究では、妊娠中に高脂肪高ショ糖食や各種ビタミン欠乏食・過剰食を摂取した母親マウスの産仔について、網羅的解析により得られる DNAメチル化や遺伝子発現変化を統合的に解析することで、疾患感受性遺伝子の同定を行い、それら遺伝子についての機能解析を行う。またその結果に基づき、妊娠母体あるいは臍帯血中の当該栄養素と産子の代謝パラメータとの相関について、ヒトでの検証（出生コホートを用いた解析）を行う。
