Research Abstract

統計学の目的の一つは，興味がある個体の集団である母集団の情報について，その一部である標本から推測することである．近年は観測されるデータが高次元化しており，統計解析の手法についても対応が求められている．本研究では母集団の統計的多様性の推測を対象とし，「高次元データを念頭においた場合の，母集団の統計的多様性を評価・比較するための理論的に正当化された方法を確立する」ことを目指した研究を行う．
