Research Abstract
本研究は、分野横断的にダイバーシティ経営を考察するために、MCSの概念を用い、多様な人材の活用に関する体系的な知見を提供することを目的とする。具体的には、優れたダイバーシティ経営を行っている企業のMCSのデザインはどのようにあるのかを分析し、MCSが多様性と成果の関係にどのような影響を与えるのかについて実証的に明らかにする。
