Research Abstract

本研究は、第一に本邦の末梢動脈疾患患者の腸内細菌叢のバランス異常や菌種の特徴・傾向を調べることを目的としている。さらに得られた結果と重症度や検査所見、生命および肢予後との関連等を解析することで、疾病進展のメカニズム解明の手がかりを見つけること、新しい発症予防方法や新規治療方法の開発につなげることを目標としている。
