Research Abstract
本研究は、日本の大学における多様性と包摂の理念と取組に注目し、日本の大学自身の内発的な価値として定着し、社会に影響を及ぼす上での展望と課題を示すことを目的とする。日本の全大学の趨勢及び事例の実態調査（オンライン・訪問）、多様な関係者・有識者へのヒアリングやシンポジウムなどでの対話、海外の研究者・専門家へのヒアリングや比較研究を通じて、日本の大学教育における多様性と包摂への取組の構造的特質及び国際的位置づけを明らかにし、日本の大学教育における多様性と包摂を、多様なステークホルダーと領域横断の包括的推進を実現するための展望と課題を提示する。
