Research Abstract

現行公務員法制が、新たな行政需要や人的資源管理の改革要請に対し、柔軟かつ的確に対応できる「持続可能な」もの足り得ているのかは疑わしい。そこで、公務員法制の射程、勤務条件決定システム、人事管理システム、権利救済法制といった基本論点を切り口として法制度全体を考察対象とし、憲法・行政法・労働法のみならず、行政学・社会学・公共経済学との協働という、分野横断的・学際的アプローチにより、比較法研究の知見を活用しながら、現行法における運用上の問題点の検証（解釈論）と法制度上の問題点の考察（立法論）の両面にわたり、「持続可能な公務員法制の構築に向けた」多角的で総合的な理論研究を行う。
