Research Abstract
2015（平成27）年12月の中央教育審議会答申が「教員は学校で育つ」との考えの下で「学び続ける教員を支えるキャリアシステムの構築」を掲げている。日本の教員たちは常に眼前の子どもや地域の実態と時代の要請（教育政策・制度）、そして自らの「思い」や「願い」との狭間にあり、同僚（先輩・後輩）たちと教員としての在り様や職能向上を模索し続けてきた。その特質（強みや弱み）とは何か、継承し、克服していくべき点は何か。 本研究は教育会・教育研究団体・教育研究所などに焦点を当て、日本の教員たちの「学びと育ち」の系譜を解明し、ひいては現下の教育改革にとって顧みるべき知見を提示しようとするものである
