Research Abstract

本課題では申請者が発見したメラトニン受容体MT1の新しいシグナル経路について構造学的視点・シグナル伝達的視点・生物学的視点から解析しその生理的な意義を検証する。同時に、今後の創薬への知見に貢献できるようGPCRシグナルの普遍的なメカニズム解明への知見の獲得を目指す。
