Research Abstract

手術切除標本を用いて、莫大なゲノムや代謝産物など網羅的なデータを得ることができるようになり、研究対象は腫瘍組織の増殖を支持する間質細胞へと広がっている。 本研究では、間質を含む膵癌組織の代謝物分布異常に着目し、メタボロミクス解析を用いて主にATP関連代謝物分布を解析し、その原因遺伝子について腫瘍および間質細胞の空間オミクス解析から解明を目指す。さらに、分布異常代謝物の間質細胞および腫瘍における生成・利用に関連する遺伝子発現を俯瞰することによって、腫瘍細胞だけでなく、間質内腫瘍免疫を担うリンパ球等への活動エネルギー供給の視点で膵癌組織微小環境を解明し、その制御による新規治療法の開発を目指す。
