Research Abstract
本研究では正常免疫能を有するマウスに２種類のマウス扁平上皮がん細胞、すなわち、著しい破骨細胞形成と骨吸収をきたす亜株と破骨細胞形成も骨吸収も乏しい亜株をそれぞれ移植して、その二つを比較しながらがんの骨吸収機序を解析する。 研究内容は、がん微小環境に浸潤するT細胞や間質線維芽細胞、そのサブセット、それぞれの細胞における破骨細胞関連因子の発現を軸とした骨吸収機序を解明する。 ヒトの臨床検体においても、いかなるT細胞サブセットが破骨細胞形成に関与するか、治療標的分子になりうるかを臨床検体を用いて解析する計画である。
