Research Abstract

農業において，経営戦略セオリーからの逸脱はなぜ生じるのか，それにより高い経営成果を達成可能とする未解明の要因，あるいは，低い経営成果に留まる制約条件は何かを解明し，より実践的な農業経営理論の構築を行うことを目的とする。 具体的には，農業経営の①事業多角化，②イノベーション，③人材の確保と育成，④関係するステークホルダーとの連携の各視点に注目し，既存の経営戦略セオリーにおいて経営成果に帰結すると予想される経営資源をはじめとする要因の影響について，一次データを用いた定量分析と定性分析の混合メソッドによる演繹と帰納を通じた検証を行い，農業経営の持続性に寄与する要因を明らかにする。
