Research Abstract

本研究では、細胞組織深部の観察が可能な超解像イメージング技術の確立を行う。細胞組織のおよそ0.2 mmから1 mm深部において従来よりも4倍程度高空間分解能な超解像顕微鏡の開発を目指す。実証実験では、オルガノイドを用いてそのイメージング深度と空間分解能を評価する。さらに、オルガノイドを対象としたイメージングビッグデータを構築し、深層学習技術を用いた解析によりその生命機能を明らかにする。
