Research Abstract

本申請課題は，低コストで簡便な核酸増幅の検出システムの構築とその提供である。 現在，遺伝子関連検査は，臨床診断上なくてはならない存在である。しかし，遺伝子検査における核酸の増幅技術が，これまで改良・発展してきたのに対し，増幅の程度を検出する技術は，高価な蛍光標識プローブを用いた検出技法に留まり，励起装置や蛍光検出器といった特別な機器設備が必須でその使用の場が限定される。 そこで本申請課題では，これまでに構築した高感度検出技術を発展させて，迅速・簡便な核酸増幅の検出システムを構築し，国内外のあらゆる人々の本来の健康状態が十分に維持できる社会を目指し，本法の技術移転の可能性の検証及びその普及を行う。
