Research Abstract
成人急性骨髄性白血病 (AML)に関連した遺伝子異常はほぼ同定されたといっても過言ではないが、その起源となる造血幹前駆細胞の由来や、遺伝子異常が「どの分化段階」で「いつ」生じるのか、その時空間的なメカニズムは不明な点が多い。本研究では、Zbtb7a欠損マウスの未発表データーを基に、患者AML１細胞由来の全ゲノムシークエンスや、マウス白血病モデルを駆使して、胎児型もしくは胎児様成人造血を起源とする成人AML細胞の特徴や体細胞変異獲得のタイミングとその分子機構を解明する。
