Research Abstract

本研究では、新規抗てんかん薬の治療薬物モニタリング（TDM）の有用性について検討することを目的として、日常診療で使用可能な新規抗てんかん薬の血中薬物濃度測定法を確立する。さらに、実臨床データの母集団薬物動態解析および薬物動態-薬力学（PK-PD）解析を行い、新規抗てんかん薬の血中薬物濃度や薬効・副作用発現の変動要因について明らかにすることで、新規抗てんかん薬の個別化至適投与法の構築を目指す。
