Research Abstract

近年、がん細胞を見つける目印になるようなタンパク質など（＝標的）を狙って作用する「分子標的薬」の開発が活発に行われ、その効果が確認されてきている。この本研究では、皮膚がんの治療に応用できるような「標的」を見つけ出し、それに対する新しい種類の分子標的薬（抗体薬物複合体）を作製する方法を確立する。また、作製した薬剤が皮膚がん細胞の増殖を抑制できるか検証して、この手法が有用であることを確認する。
