Research Abstract
林野火災への気候変動影響が懸念されていることを踏まえ，１．林野火災危険度の物理的定量評価手法の確立と，２．定量的な気候変動影響評価の実現を目的とする．(1)林野火災危険度に直結する水文量を対象とした水文観測と，(2)火災危険度の物理的理解に基づく広域水文モデルを構築する．観測による現象理解とモデル検証，数値解析による広域長期予測を並行する体制から双方の技術開発を進める．加えて，(3)広域水文モデルに基づき大規模アンサンブル予測データ等を活用した気候変動影響評価を実施すると共に，気候変動適応策を検討する．
