Research Abstract
フルカスタム遺伝子パネルの作製およびnCounterを用いた多数例での検証を行う予定である。検証結果に基づき、新規バイオマーカーの確立および国際病理評価基準の策定を完了させる。また先行研究において見出した、IPLで見出した遺伝子Xを検証する。これにより、IPLの病態理解が飛躍的に進むことが期待され、現行の対症療法に留まらない根治療法の開発に繋げる。
