The purpose of this report is to discuss the significance of experience to a psychotherapy aiming for mental health promotion, which was held at an extension course of Center for University Extension. Seven participants experienced psychotherapy aiming for health promotion. Analyzed participants’ Impression reports, score of Depression Scale and Morale Scale, it showed an Improvement in participants’ depression tendency and morale. It is assumed that this improve was caused by their various notice which is brought from experience of psychotherapy based on the communication among participants.
