Description
In faculties in the field of science and technology, various problems have been arising due to a greater diversity of students. The purpose of this article is to improve the present situation by constructing a compound curriculum that connects a regular curriculum and extracurricular learning support systems using techniques of design research based on learning science, which realizes a more substantial learning process. We show one of the realizations of FD at the microscopic level by examining the effect of this design by design experiments with qualitative and quantitative surveys. Furthermore, we discuss the possibility of collaborative FD where mutual learning is achieved through collaboration between the University Education Center and the various faculties to share the process of improving problematic situations in the classroom.
