A graduate student and the alumni conducted a questionnaire survey to evaluate the supervision of a clinical psychology practical that was conducted by the alumni of a graduate school. The results were as follows:(1) Graduate students expected advice on clinical techniques and methods, as well as active supervision.(2) Graduate students felt that the alumni were friendly and relaxing and that the alumni were models for their future.(3) The alumni conducted effective supervision that met the expectations of graduate students.(4) The alumni were motivated to participate in the program to support younger students and for personal reasons.(5)The alumni experienced self-development through participation. It is concluded that this program resulted in the development of graduate student's skills, as well as in the professional development of the alumni.
