Technique(OAT)は、気管挿管せずに全身麻酔管理を行う方法であり、我が国で行動調整法の一つとして用いられる深鎮静(Deep sedation)に近い管理方法であるが、気道の問題が指摘されており、また医療歯科保険の問題があるため、本邦で実施している施設は少ない。しかしながら、UCLA(University of California,Los
