There is a saying: \"Spare the rod and spoil the child.\" I have developed the way to use \"Counselling Mind\" for the students easily in daily life. By establishing the methods for \"Cooperating with the Students,\" we'll be able to prevent the distrusts and conflicts between the students and teachers. We must avoid ordering or forcing the students to do something. Thus, establishing the friendly relations between the students and teachers by thoroughly communicating with each other are the most important and helpful activity for the teachers to use their \"Counselling Mind\"for the students. To bring up the children to the sound adults, even at home, at school, and wherever they are, we should use the \"Counselling Mind\" for taking care of them. To apply this \"Counselling Mind\" we aiso need to visit police offices, hospitals, city halls, and even government offices. \"Counselling Mind\" is the concept that we must respect the children as the independent human beings with their own wills, thoughts, personalities, and the rights and duties to live together with us.
