本研究は現段階における地域包括支援センターに対する山梨県内の社会福祉士の意識を把握し、今後の大学における社会福祉士教育のあり方と卒後教育の形を見極めていくための基礎資料を得ることを目的として行った。山梨県社会福祉士会会員に対する調査を通じて、結果として多くの社会福祉士が地域包括支援センターで業務を行うことにより、社会福祉士という資格の知名度が向上し、専門職種としての力量を発揮できる場になる、と肯定的にとらえている反面、給与などの待遇面では改善が望めないと感じていることがわかった。さらに、社会福祉士に対する役割・期待が重くのしかかってくることを懸念する声も強く聞かれた。また、自らの専門性を「広がり」のなかにとらえ、特定の分野に限らずどんな状況にでも対応できる存在と考えている傾向が明らかになり、広がりの中に専門性を発揮するためには常にスキルアップが必要であり、そのための継続的な研修の実施を望んでいることが浮き彫りとなった。それらをふまえ、社会福祉士養成教育と卒後の研修カリキュラムをバラバラな2つの道とするのではなく相互に密接に関連した系統立ったものとして整備構築が必要であることが明らかになった。

This study has been given for the purpose of understanding the consciousness of certified social workers in Yamanashi Prefecture to a local inclusion support center at present and of getting basic information for ideal methods of education for the students to be the certified social worker and the graduates at university. Through the investigation to the members of Yamanashi certified social worker society, it is appeared that many members think that the qualification of social worker will be more common and they can work out well at the local inclusion support centers in the result if many social workers do their duties. It is also appeared, however, that many members think that the treatment such as a salary will not be improved. Furthermore, they are strongly worried that the certified social workers will be waited in expectation heavily as for the rule in society. Lastly, It is appeared that they highly want to take the continuous training for skill up as a specialist, and this makes clear that making the strategic education system for graduates is definitely requested.
