抄録

“Practicing Psychological Welfare” is an active learning style class conducted since the latter half of the 2016 academic year. The methods and effects of this class have been previously reported (Fujishima et al., 2017). The current study was conducted to identify changes that students described after completing the class. Students (N = 7) described their reasons for taking the class, what they liked and disliked about the class, and how they thought they had changed because of the class. The students' narratives are discussed from the following perspectives: (1) clarification of goals, (2) self-reliant comments, and (3) reflection.
