It is pointed out that the regional climate after greening by grassland vegetation changes rainfall amount increased by +65%. However, latent heat flux, LHF, largely increases in arid season, and increases a little in wet season. Evergreen needle tree was found to suppress LHF by 50% ～ 74% compared with grassland greening.
