本研究は，グループ研修の事例を用いて，授業協議会の過程を明らかにし，家庭科指導の改善に資する研修のあり方を考察することである。本研究は小中学校教員が参加するA 市教育センターの研修を対象とし，研究授業後の授業協議会の発話記録を量的質的に検討した。協議会において，助言者は研修員に協議のポイントが明らかになるよう質問したり，実践事例をあげたり，研究主題を明確にし，家庭科授業の実践を理解できるよう促していた。教科の専門家を含む多様な構成員からなるグループ研修は，研修員が彼らの実践を評価検討する貴重な機会となっていた。 　Using group teacher training as a case study, the aim was to clarify the process in lesson study conferences and to get the idea for improving teacher training for home economics. The study was conducted on group training for elementary and junior high school teachers at the A city education center. The transcriptions of conferences after research lessons were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. At the lesson conferences, the supervisors asked questions to clarify points being discussed. They introduced practical examples and discussed concepts of research themes in the context of the basic design of a lesson, helping trainees to become more aware of the characteristics of home economics. The involvement of various members with expertise in the subject gave trainees a direct opportunity to examine the value of their lessons.
