本稿は，東京都の大規模事業所を対象とした「地球温暖化防止対策計画書制度」に着目した研究である．本稿では，大規模商業施設の環境性能と立地との関係を考察し，大規模商業施設からのCO_2排出量について地域的差異があるかどうかを明らかにする．考察の結果，以下の3点が明らかになった．区市町ごとの大規模商業施設の立地数および業態には地域的差異がみられた．区市町ごとの大規模商業施設の立地数および業態の差異は，区市町ごとの大規模商業施設からのCO_2排出量の差異となっていた．区市町ごとのCO_2排出量原単位の差異については，業態のCO_2排出量原単位の差異が反映していた．

This report is the study that paid its attention to “The CO_2 Emission Reduction Program” for large-scale establishments in Tokyo. In this report, I consider relations with a location and the environmental performance of large-scale commercial facilities. I clarify whether there is a regional difference about the CO_2 emission of large-scale commercial facilities from these considerations. As a result, three points of the following became clear. According to the number of large-scale commercial facilities and the types of facilities by the municipality in Tokyo, a regional difference was seen. The regional difference of the number and the types is related to a difference of the means of the CO_2 emission that I examined by the municipality. As for the difference of the CO_2 emission basic unit by the municipality, the difference of the CO_2 emission basic unit that I examined by the types of facilities is related.
