Thin-Film Long-Wire Antenna for 10.6 µm CO<sub>2</sub> Laser Radiation

<jats:p> Thin-film warm carrier devices which had 100-, 400- and 450-µm-long thin-film antennas were fabricated, and antenna properties at CO<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> laser frequency were investigated. It was found that the fabricated thin-film antenna works as a long-wire antenna with electrical loss for CO<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> laser radiation. </jats:p>
