In the present paper we follow another route, which to our knowledge has not been explored for<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$\\Delta M_{s,d}$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>Δ</mml:mi><mml:msub><mml:mi>M</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mi>s</mml:mi><mml:mo>,</mml:mo><mml:mi>d</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>and rare<jats:italic>K</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>B</jats:italic>decays by anybody to date. We assume, in contrast to the prevailing<jats:italic>inclusive</jats:italic>expectations for<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$|V_{cb}|$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\"><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>V</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mi>cb</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>, that the future true values of<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$|V_{cb}|$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\"><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>V</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mi>cb</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>and<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$|V_{ub}|$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\"><mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>V</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mi>ub</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mo>|</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>will be both from<jats:italic>exclusive</jats:italic>determinations; in practice we use the most recent averages from FLAG.
