We fully exploit the spontaneous symmetry breaking pattern SU(2)→U(1), the fact that spin waves are its associated Goldstone modes, the crystallographic space group and time reversal symmetries. We show how to include explicit SU(2) breaking terms due to spin-orbit and magnetic dipole interactions. The coupling to electromagnetic fields is also discussed in detail. For definiteness we work with the space group [Formula: see text] and present our results to next to leading order. </jats:p>"}]}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1381699994041146497","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@value":"JOSÉ MARÍA ROMÁN"}],"jpcoar:affiliationName":[{"@value":"Departament d'Estructura i Constituents de la Matèria, Universitat de Barcelona, Diagonal, 647 E-08028 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain"},{"@value":"Institut de Física d'Altes Energies, Universitat de Barcelona, Diagonal, 647 E-08028 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain"}]},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1381699994041146496","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@value":"JOAN SOTO"}],"jpcoar:affiliationName":[{"@value":"Departament d'Estructura i Constituents de la Matèria, Universitat de Barcelona, Diagonal, 647 E-08028 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain"},{"@value":"Institut de Física d'Altes Energies, Universitat de Barcelona, Diagonal, 647 E-08028 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain"}]}],"publication":{"publicationIdentifier":[{"@type":"PISSN","@value":"02179792"},{"@type":"EISSN","@value":"17936578"}],"prism:publicationName":[{"@value":"International Journal of Modern Physics B"}],"dc:publisher":[{"@value":"World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt"}],"prism:publicationDate":"1999-03-20","prism:volume":"13","prism:number":"07","prism:startingPage":"755","prism:endingPage":"789"},"reviewed":"false","url":[{"@id":"https://www.worldscientific.com/doi/pdf/10.1142/S0217979299000655"}],"createdAt":"2002-07-27","modifiedAt":"2019-08-07","relatedProduct":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1050845760781922176","@type":"Article","resourceType":"学術雑誌論文(journal article)","relationType":["isReferencedBy"],"jpcoar:relatedTitle":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Effective field theory and the scattering process for magnons in ferromagnets, antiferromagnets, and ferrimagnets"}]},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1360576118702336128","@type":"Article","resourceType":"学術雑誌論文(journal article)","relationType":["isReferencedBy"],"jpcoar:relatedTitle":[{"@value":"Effective field theory of magnons: Chiral magnets and the Schwinger mechanism"}]}],"dataSourceIdentifier":[{"@type":"CROSSREF","@value":"10.1142/s0217979299000655"},{"@type":"CROSSREF","@value":"10.1103/physrevb.104.134403_references_DOI_NWBhdP5xyvJFauG2icxhmv2Ox9p"},{"@type":"CROSSREF","@value":"10.1093/ptep/ptw095_references_DOI_NWBhdP5xyvJFauG2icxhmv2Ox9p"}]}
