New species<jats:italic>Lophariaresupinata</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>L.sinensis</jats:italic>are described and illustrated.<jats:italic>Lophariaresupinata</jats:italic>, from south-eastern China, is closely related to<jats:italic>L.ayresii</jats:italic>, and<jats:italic>L.sinensis</jats:italic>, from northern China, is related to<jats:italic>L.cinerascens</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>L.mirabilis</jats:italic>.<jats:italic>Lophariamirabilis</jats:italic>specimens from temperate to tropical areas with varied hymenophore configurations all cluster together in a fully supported clade.<jats:italic>Dendrodontia</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>Fuscocerrena</jats:italic>are shown to be synonyms of<jats:italic>Dentocorticium</jats:italic>, which is phylogenetically related to<jats:italic>Lopharia</jats:italic>. Four new combinations,<jats:italic>Dentocorticiumbicolor</jats:italic>,<jats:italic>D.hyphopaxillosum</jats:italic>,<jats:italic>D.portoricense</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>D.taiwanianum</jats:italic>, are proposed. Revised generic descriptions of<jats:italic>Lopharia</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>Dentocorticium</jats:italic>are provided with keys to the six accepted species in each genus. A list of all names in<jats:italic>Lopharia</jats:italic>and<jats:italic>Dentocorticium</jats:italic>are presented with their current taxonomic status.
