Aus den mit Alkalimethanolat erhaltenen Verseifungslösungen dieser Dibenzoylverbindungen sind Metall‐bis‐ und ‐tris‐Chelate der heterocyclischen 1, 2‐Dichalkogenolate vom Typ A<jats:sub>m</jats:sub>[M(C<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>X<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>)<jats:sub>n</jats:sub>] (A = Bu<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>N<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>, Ph<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>As<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>; M = Zn<jats:sup>II</jats:sup>, Pt<jats:sup>II</jats:sup>, Pd<jats:sup>II</jats:sup>, Ni<jats:sup>III</jats:sup>, Cu<jats:sup>III</jats:sup>, Au<jats:sup>III</jats:sup>, In<jats:sup>III</jats:sup>; X = Se, S/Se; m = 1, 2, 3; n = 2, 3) unmittelbar zugänglich. Cyclovoltammetrisch und mittels EPR werden die Nickel(III)‐Verbindungen Bu<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>N[Ni(C<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>X<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>)<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>] (X = Se, S/Se) charakterisiert und der analogen Schwefelverbindung Bu<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>N[Ni(dmit)<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>] (X = S) gegenübergestellt.
