Description
化学発癌剤により誘発されたマウス皮膚腫瘍についてin vitro, in vivoの両系で得られた細胞生物学的および分子遺伝学的知見を総説した。さらに本皮膚腫瘍への免疫担当細胞の浸潤様式を免疫螢光染色法により検討したわれわれの結果を中心に皮膚腫瘍に対する生体の局所免疫反応について述べた。
