Abstract

Helicity of a single-helical oligooxime complex [(L)Zn3La]3+ was controlled efficiently by coordination with various kinds of α-amino acids. The helicity depends on the residues of the amino acids. A mixture of [(L)Zn3La]3+ and cysteic acid underwent helicity inversion repeatedly by the alternate addition of an acid and a base.
