The groups were similar in gender, age, duration of hernodialysis, body mass index, class and number of antihypertensive drugs used per patient. Eleven of 20 patients (55%) showed a nondipper pattern. Non-dippers showed significantly lower hematocrit than dippers (28±3% vs 32±2%, p<0.01).
