Abstract
Strangulation obstruction is very rare as a case of acute abdomen pain in pregnant women. We experienced two cases with simultaneous operations for strangulation ileus and cesarean section under general anesthesia. Dehydration, electrolyte disorder, hypotension, acidosis and hypoxemia induced by ileus are fatal to the fetus. Ileus in pregnant women should be surgically treated as quickly as possible.
