After resection surgery, the patients have a tracheal stoma. One-stage or multi-stage reconstruction surgeries are needed to close this stoma, and the one-stage resection and reconstruction surgery is usually selected in our institute in view of the patients' quality of life. We performed one-stage resection and reconstruction for 5 patients with thyroid cancer invading the larynx and/or trachea between April 2011 and March 2013. Four patients did not need a tracheal stoma, but one patient did need a tracheal stoma because of post-operative bilateral laryngeal palsy. Two patients have heavy dysphagia and long-term hospitalization with deglutition training. There have been no critical complications such as dehiscence. One-stage resection and reconstruction is an effective therapy for patients with thyroid cancer invading the larynx and/or trachea."},{"@language":"ja","@value":"喉頭や気管の内腔に浸潤した甲状腺癌は，喉頭や気管の合併切除を行う事で切除可能であるが，喉頭や気管の一部を失い，皮膚瘻の閉鎖には再建を要する。一期的もしくは二期的な再建手術がなされるが，当センターでは可能な限り一期的な再建を施行している。平成23年4月から平成25年3月に気管もしくは喉頭内腔へ浸潤した甲状腺癌5例の一期的切除再建を施行した。4例で一期的な切除再建を行い，1例は両側反回神経麻痺のために気管皮膚瘻とした。2例にて術後嚥下障害で長期入院と嚥下リハビリを要した。吻合不全などの致命的な合併症は経験しなかった。喉頭や気管内腔浸潤した局所進行甲状腺癌に対し，一期的切除再建法は有用な治療法である。"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410853647309261568","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000243895832"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Enomoto
