Recently, G. lucidum can be cultivated with several kinds of trees as a substrate. In this study, we prepared acetone extracts from the fruiting bodies (FBs) of G. lucidum cultivated with the pruned branches of mulberry, apple, plum, persimmon, cherry, oak and grapevine and evaluated their antioxidant properties. At 0.1 mg/mL, FB cultivated with grapevine chips showed the highest antioxidant activity (56.3% in the 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity). At 0.2% (extracts-weight/oil-weight), the oil stability index of the FB cultivated with grapevine chips was highest. Total phenols contained in acetone extracts from the FBs correlated strongly with their antioxidant activities. These results indicated the possibility that the antioxidant activities and total phenol contents of the extracts from G. lucidum are affected by the lucidum)は抗癌作用を含む様々な生理学的作用を有し,古くから漢方薬のひとつとして重宝されてきた.近年,種々の木材を母材したレイシの人工栽培が試みられている.本研究ではクワ,リンゴ,ウメ,カキ,サクラ,ナラ,ブドウの剪定枝を母材として栽培したレイシのアセトン抽出物に関して抗酸化能力の評価を行った.1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazylラジカル消去能およびoil stability indexについて,ブドウの剪定枝を母材としたレイシが最も高い値を示した.また,総フェノール含量もブドウの剪定枝を母材としたレイシにおいて最も高い値を示し,抗酸化能と強い相関性があることが明らかとなった.以上の結果から,レイシ栽培に用いる母材がその抗酸化能に影響する可能性が示された."}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410009223922127240","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000018630132"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"高井
