Description
The absolute fluorescent quantum efficiencies of lamp phosphors which were excited by a radiation in the region 260-400nm were measured by a low stray light polychromator with the integrating sphere. The polychromator with the integrating sphere was calibrated by a narrow beam spot traceable to spectral irradiance standard lamp. The results of the internal quantum efficiency of the blue phosphors were agreed with the other measurement system calibrated by a conical cavity thermal radiation detector within 2%.
