Description
筆者らはパワー半導体基板の高効率・高精度加工技術の確立を目的として,フェムト秒レーザを利用したダブルパルスビーム照射による光励起加工を提案している.本研究では,近赤外光の超短パルスレーザによる光表面励起加工により,パワー半導体表面の微細加工,高効率化工を実現することを目指す.本報告では,レーザによって光励起した表面の物性変化を計測した結果についての報告を行う.
