- EuX<sub>4</sub> (X = Al, Ga)における電荷密度波転移と弾性特性
Description
<p>正方晶EuX_4_ (X = Al, Ga)の電荷密度波(CDW)転移の起源と電子状態を超音波を用いた弾性特性から明らかにしている。今回、正方晶系の主要弾性定数を全て測定した。この系におけるCDW転移の起源を実験結果から評価されたヤーンテラーエネルギーをもとに議論する。合わせて圧力下の超音波測定も進めており、圧力下の弾性特性の結果についても報告予定である。</p>
