Description

The product appearance is presently most popularly inspected visually, but the visual inspection has problems of quality variations due to overlooking and difference of individual inspectors, and others, and an automated inspection has been waited. Therefore, recently, the appearance blow hole inspection technology has been established and put into practical use on the basis of the expanded depth of field and high-reliability image processing algorithm, and this report describes the technology.
