Description

Fine coated printing paper is one of the main products produced a Daio Paper’s coastal mill. The N 7 M⁄C, N8M⁄C, 3 C⁄M QCS Systems were updated to the new Honeywell QCS (Experion MX) last July in order to improve the quality at the coastal mill, and the (ProCoat) cross direction actuator was introduced to the 3 C⁄M. The new QCS scanner frame has been redesigned, and a new generation of measurement performance specifications can be expected. In this report, We will introduce the features and operating experience with the new QCS system, and we are the first comparing with this unit in Japan.
