<p>近縁種Pomacea maculataからの転用および大腸菌の形質転換,次世代シーケンサーを併用して,侵略的外来種スクミリンゴガイのマイクロサテライトマーカーを11セット開発した。うち4つの組み合わせにより,孵化した稚貝の父親を高い確度で特定可能であった。</p>
